I was very happy to see that LeoVegas chose Pragmatic Play as its bingo game provider because I like this supplier probably the most out of all that are currently available. However, I was disappointed when I realised that there were only 7 rooms to choose from and only the variants of 90 and 75 balls. At the moment, Pragmatic Play has around 20 bingo rooms in their games catalogue, so it's a mystery why LeoVegas ended up not having more rooms than half of what could've been. Most other bingo sites that have Pragmatic Play's bingo usually have at least 10 or more regular bingo rooms.
The other two rooms can be found in the live casino section and they're provided by Evolution.
When you scroll below the bingo game thumbnails, you can find that LeoVegas has written brief introductions about each room, and below that there is a short list of frequently asked questions. However, when I tried to contact live chat at approximately 14:00 on a weekday, I got a note saying that live support isn't available then and I was directed to leave them a message instead.
