PocketWin Bingo is a fun UK bingo site carrying games exclusively from InTouch Games - the same company operating the brand. The site is also fully licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and on top of bingo, it offers slots, jackpots, and table games.

Launched back in 2016, PocketWin Bingo can be considered a modern online gambling site, but some features are straight from the early 2000s. Such as a mobile app that's required if you wish to play bingo on your phone, and offering games from only a single provider. While these features can be off-putting for some, they may provide exclusiveness and quality for others.

The registration process is as simple as 1-2-3, that is, filling out a form that has three steps. It starts by typing in your phone number, confirming that you're of legal age, and choosing whether you want to opt-in for promotional messages. Note, that to be able to play at PocketWin, you need to be 18 or over.

After giving the rest of your details, the site will do an electronic check to confirm the information. If everything goes well, you'll be forwarded to the site and you'll be able to see how big a no-deposit bonus of up to £10 you get. However, if the electronic check can't verify your identity, you need to manually upload your ID.

PocketWin Bingo supports most of the usual banking methods, including cards, Paypal, and paying by phone bill. In addition to the welcome offers, there is always something going on on the promotions page. There's even a Refer a Friend promotion that can earn you an extra free bonus of up to £7 for each friend that deposits and plays on PocketWin.

PocketWin Bingo welcome bonus

As a welcome bonus, PocketWin Bingo has something special reserved for new players:

For your first deposit, PocketWin Bingo offers a match bonus of up to 200% (max bonus £100).

18+. New players only. Up to £10 bonus credit available via Lobby Game. Bonus expires in 7 days. £50 max withdrawal from bonuses without a deposit across all InTouch Games accounts; PocketWin, mFortune, Mr Spin, Dr Slot, Casino2020, Cashmo, Bonus Boss, Jammy Monkey. First deposit bonus is up to 200%, max. bonus £100. The amount of deposit match bonus is decided via Lobby Game. Minimum deposit for 1st deposit bonus is £5. First deposit bonus expires in 30 days. Bonuses have 40x wagering requirement if used on slots. Bonuses have 10x wagering requirement if used on bingo. Full terms and Bonus terms apply. BeGambleAware.org.

PocketWin Bingo's bonus for new players includes both a no-deposit bonus and a bonus for the first deposit. Both of these bonuses are "up to" bonuses, meaning you'll know what kind of bonus you get only after playing the Lobby Game.

After your account is verified, you get a free bonus that doesn't require a deposit.

The maximum value for this bonus credit is £10, and it comes with a 10x or 40x wagering requirement attached depending on how you use the free credit. If you use it on bingo, then each £1 you wager contributes 400% to the requirement which means the bonus needs to be wagered 10 times before it converts to real cash.

If you use the bonus on slots, it counts as 100% towards the requirement, meaning each pound you bet contributes £1.

There is also a £50 withdrawal limit from the no-deposit bonus. Withdrawal limits, especially for bonuses not requiring a deposit, are a pretty usual sight and the limit being £50 it's decent enough. However, you should be aware that this limit stands across all InTouch Games' brands with the same offer. So, if you manage to withdraw £30 from PocketWin Bingo, you can only withdraw £20 from another InTouch Games site.

PocketWin Bingo's first deposit bonus offers a match bonus of up to 200%.

You can opt-in to the bonus by depositing £5 or more. The maximum value of the bonus is £100, and like the no-deposit bonus, it needs to be wagered 10x in bingo or 40x in slots.

You can play the table games with the bonus, but table games only contribute 10% of the bets towards the requirement.

Unlike the no-deposit bonus, the first deposit bonus doesn't have any limits on wins or withdrawals.

I myself am not a big fan of mystery bonuses. Instead, I like to know what I'm going to get and that I'm getting the same deal as the next player signing up to the site. But, a no-deposit bonus is still something I wouldn't miss on claiming, whether it be the smallest one possible or the largest. It's still a free chance to win money for free and without risks.

The wagering requirements are a bit heavier side here, even if wagering the bonus in bingo games. The industry standard for bingo bonus wagering requirements is between 2x and 6x, so for it to be tenfold is really up there. Even if the bonus would be treated as a casino bonus, the 40x requirement is higher than the industry standard of 30-35x.

PocketWin Bingo has approximately ten bingo rooms all running on the InTouch Games' platform. The rooms can be accessed on all devices, but mobile players need the PocketWin Bingo app on their phones or tablets to play.

The Bingo desktop software is really an experience, as it's a bit of a blast from the past with its design and colours. It does look a bit better on mobile, but in my point of view, a mandatory app for playing online bingo is a bummer. Without the app, you can only play some of the casino games on your mobile, but no bingo.

The rooms are distinctively named (Beach, In the Pub, Pet Corner, etc.) and all of them have a progressive jackpot to be won. They are all 90-ball games, which can be either a plus or a minus, as so many competing brands usually offer at least 2-3 variants instead of just one. At least PocketWin decided on the most popular variant in the UK, so this probably is enough for most Brits.

Accompanying the player is PocketWin's mascot Cubee. This yellow, cheery chap hangs around in the bingo lobby and follows you to the rooms. Not my cup of tea exactly, but maybe it'll brighten up someone else's day.

  • Bingo games: 10

At PocketWin, you'll also have a small but spicy range of slots and table games provided by InTouch Games. While almost every game gives you the chance of winning either a local or pooled progressive jackpot, it can't really hide the fact that your options are still very limited.

In general, I found the slots to be of high quality, and fun to play. The only thing I didn't like so much was the design making it clear that the games are for mobile. This is because the slots I tried had a play button so big it constantly covered almost half of the reels. It's good that the games are mobile-friendly, but the development team should have built the games to look a bit better on desktop mode as well.

As InTouch Games specialises in slots, their other games leave much to be desired. There are only two table games, European Roulette and Black Jack. So, if you love table games or live dealer games, it's best to keep browsing sites.

Desktop game information

  • Slots: 90
  • Jackpot games: 90
  • Table games: 2
  • Live games: 0

PocketWin Bingo offers a good range of payment methods. The general minimum deposit limit is £5, but if you choose to pay with a phone bill, the limit is only £3.

There are no minimum withdrawal limits. However, do keep in mind that the site will charge a £3 fee on withdrawals that are less than £10. There are no fees if you request a withdrawal that's more than £10.

You will receive an SMS once your withdrawal is processed, after which it depends on your choice of withdrawal method on how long it'll take for the money to arrive. PocketWin Bingo aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

In a case where you have a general question about banking, KYC documents or downloading the app, we recommend checking out PocketWin Bingo's FAQ page first. It covers most of the crucial topics and it might prove the fastest way to get answers.

Additionally, PocketWin provides personal player support via email, live chat, and phone (callback service). Their live chat is available 24 hours every day. When you enter the live chat, you'll be first prompted to answer some security questions, such as your name, date of birth, and so on.

You can also send them an email by typing [email protected] in the recipient address field.

PocketWin has been licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, which means that it is a safe and regulated place to play, but also that it needs to comply with the UKGC rules. This is why the site needs to verify that all players are of legal age and that the site isn't being used for money laundering.

When you first register to the site, you're required to give your personal details. The site will check the information and verify them electronically if possible. Otherwise, you need to send in some documents that prove your age, address, and deposit method.

What documents are required:

  • Proof of age (Passport, driving license, birth certificate, UK residence card, etc.)
  • Proof of address (A utility bill, council tax, home insurance, court letter, etc.)

Check that the documents you're about to send to PocketWin are valid. Documents used to prove your address must be issued within the last three months.

You can upload the documents via your player account.

PocketWin Bingo is committed to responsible gambling and offers a range of tools you can use to stay in control. You can easily access these tools when you're logged in; just tap on the shield icon on the menu, or navigate to the page called 'Safer Gambling'.

At your disposal are the tools for:

  • Setting a deposit limit
  • Setting a deposit curfew
  • Setting a session limit
  • Setting a cool-off period
  • Enabling a self-exclusion

PocketWin Bingo also offers helpful information about how to block yourself from gambling sites and even how to manage gambling-related ads on social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

I recommend at least setting up a deposit limit as soon as you've registered to the site. Even with such a simple step, you can effectively stay in control of your spending and make sure you're not betting more than you could afford to.

Remember, that gambling in any form is not a way to earn money or fix financial problems.
