The purpose of collecting and processing of personal information

The purpose of collecting and processing of personal information is to provide the Service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

The Regular Source of information

Personal information will be collected from the user when the Terms and Conditions are executed. Identifiable personal information is collected when the user registers for the Service, creates the "My Profile" section of the Service, and when the Registered User uses the Service. Personal information will also be collected when the Registered User participates in product and service development, polls or research. Good Game shall collect information regarding your behaviour through BOJOKO Platform, interactions and usage patterns.

Third Party Service providers may create and disclose game and result statistics to Good Game which are created on the basis of non-identifiable navigation information.

Good Game will only retain and process data which is essential for the operation and purpose of the Service and for the purpose stated above. Users have the right to request the inspection, correction and erasure of personal data. In case the My Profile page is not available or cannot be used, the personal information request can be sent via [email protected]. The request must include the specified time frame for which the request concerns. We ask you to mention your name, username, address, phone number and attach your passport or driver's license or other official identity card to your request so that we can ensure your identity.
